JET - REVERSE-AIR-FILTERS
The INTENSIV- JET- Reverse Air Filter is a dust
collector with fully automatic compressed air cleaning of the filter sleeves by
means of 2-stage Coanda annular gap injectors, together with a reverse air flow.
This type of filter can be installed for the separation of fine light dusts or
dusts with difficult separation properties.
In the filtration phase the gases to be cleaned flow via the dirty gas duct through
the filter sleeves to the clean gas duct, the dust being collected on the exterior
surface of the filter sleeves.
During cleaning the compartment to be cleaned is taken out of the filtration process
by changing over the clean gas / reverse air valves (each compartment being separated
from each other by division walls). The filter sleeves are then cleaned by both
compressed air and a reverse air flow. (Off-line System).
