JET - SINTER-ELEMENT-FILTERS



The INTENSIV- JET- sintered element filter employs a rigid, self supporting, sintered macropore filter base on the surface of which is a layer of microporous PTFE which gives superior fine dust filtration properties when compared to conventional fabric filtration media.

  • Compact filter design.

  • Very low maintenance requirements.

  • Very efficient filtration of superfine dusts.

  • Efficient cleaning as filtration takes place on filter surface.

  • High chemical resistance. Filter cleaning is effected by compressed air reverse jet pulses of 0,1 - 0,2 secs at 4 - 6 bar sequenced automatically on a continuous cycle with pulse intervals between 1 and 10 mins.
